What is Mashii?

Mashii is a new footwear brand that designs and manufactures its own unique footwear.  Since all Mashii designs are original and sold directly by us, you can rest assured that when you buy from us you will receive a very unique and high quality product. 

 

What is unique about Mashii footwear?

Mashii has focused on design detail and comfort brining you a truly unique product which you will enjoy.  Our footwear features M-Tek triple platform consisting of memory foam, spring foam and high performance rubber ensuring you get the utmost in trendiness, comfort and performance. 

 
Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes. Since we design and manufacture our own original products, you are guaranteed to be buying a 100% authentic product.

 
What countries do you ship to?

Currently to Saudi Arabia, GCC, US and UK.

 
What currency can I make a purchase in?

Currently only in Saudi Arabian Riyal SAR.
 

Are payments on your website secure?

Yes 100%. We take security very seriously.  All credit cards and payments are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer and are 100% secure using the strongest encryption available. 

 
Is my personal data safe?

Yes. How can I place an order on your website?

Ordering on our website couldn’t be simpler:

- Browse our Shop section and choose the model, color and size you like
- Add to Basket
- Check out and register an account with us or as a Guest
- Choose our method of payment
- Fill out your billing, shipping address and other details needed to complete the order
- You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with status of your order and shipping details

 
Do I have to create an account make a purchase?

Yes you will have to create an account. This will allow you to have better customer service, add a Wish List, receive News from us, and easily track and manage your order.

 
Is there a limit to number of items I purchase?

Yes. Currently each customer can purchase a maximum of 4 items and a maximum of 1 of the same model/color/size.

Is there an additional step to confirm my order?

- Credit card paying orders are automatically confirmed once payments is processed.
- Cash on Delivery orders will receive an email or phone call asking for confirmation.

What are the available payment methods?

- For Saudi Arabia: Credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard), Wire Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
- For GCC/US/UK: Credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard)

How do I make a wire transfer?

Upon checking out, you will see in the list of payment options Bank Transfer.  When you click it, the bank wire details will be visible.

 
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

- For Saudi Arabia: We ship using SMSA Express and generally it takes 1-3 business days.
- For GCC, US and UK: 3-6 business days.

How can I track my order?

Within Saudi Arabia, you will receive a confirmation shipping email that includes a tracking number for SMSA Express http://www.smsaexpress.com/trackingnumber.html

For GCC, US and UK, you can track via Aramex https://www.aramex.com
 

I bought a product and I want to change the size, what are the steps?

So you can buy in confidence, we offer 1 free exchange if you are unhappy with the size (Saudi and GCC only, unfortunately other countries we cannot exchange).  To learn how, please click here to visit our Return and Exchange page.

 

I received the wrong product, I want to return my product. How?

What is the allowed period for exchanging or returning a product?

7 days from receiving the merchandise.

 
Can I cancel my order after confirming? 

If you order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it.  Please send us an email to the address shown on your order.
