Delivery & Return

 

We ship Express via SMSA within Saudi Arabia and Aramex to the GCC, US and UK.  Within Saudi Arabia it generally takes 1-3 business days.  For the GCC, US and UK it generally takes 3-6 business days.  Any custom import duty will be paid by the customer.

Any refund or exchange must take place within 7 days from receiving the merchandise.  The merchandise must be undamaged, in the original packaging and everything in the same new condition it was received.  If items have signs of being worn or used, unfortunately they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Within Saudi Arabia:

- If you are unhappy with the size, we will replace it for you for free. This is limited to 1 time per customer. Please send us an email to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.
- If you wish to return the item for no valid reason, we unfortunately cannot issue you a return.
- In the rare event there you received the wrong item, or there is a manufacturing or quality defect, we will exchange or refund you.  Please send us an email to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.

From GCC:

- You are allowed to exchange the size only 1 time.  If are unhappy with the size, we will ship it back to you for free. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping fees to ship back to us. Please send us an email to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.
- If you wish to return the item for no valid, we unfortunately cannot issue you return.

From US and UK:

 

- Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange due to heavy shipping costs. 

 

 

Refunds generally take 7-15 days.

 

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as we receive and inspect the returned items.
